A fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. We confirm yours after a short call. Hosting and support can continue on a care plan from £250 a month.
Common questions
What happens on the day?
We spend around half a day with you and whoever handles enquiries, bookings and admin. We follow a few real jobs from first contact to payment and note where the time goes.
Do we have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The plan is yours to keep. Build it with us, with someone else or not at all. If you build with us, the audit fee comes off the price.
How soon do we get the plan?
Usually within five working days of the session, written in plain English, with a short call to talk it through.
What if AI is not the answer?
Then we say so. Sometimes the best fix is a simpler form, a shared calendar or a change of process, and the plan will say that too.
Is our information safe?
We only look at what we need, will sign a confidentiality agreement if you want one, and nothing goes into an AI tool without your say-so.
