Common questions
Is it live or a monthly report?
Live. Figures refresh on their own, from every few seconds for prices to hourly for accounts.
Which data can it show?
Anything we can reach: accounting, payments, sales, your own database, spreadsheets and public feeds such as prices and exchange rates.
Can my team see it on their phones?
Yes. It is a web app, so it works on any phone, and each person gets their own login.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting is usually covered by the care plan. Some paid data feeds, such as premium market prices, have their own subscription.
